Speaker: Rabbi Zvi Aryeh Rosenfeld z”l. While excavating the site of the future Beis HaMikdash (Holy Temple), Dovid HaMelech accidentally dislodged the Even Shesiya (Foundation Stone of the Creation). Subterranean reservoirs of water erupted from the depths, and only with the help of Achitofel was the king able to stop the flood (Sukkah 53a).
