40:52 – The statement said daily to do this is:
“I’m now attaching myself to all the true tzaddikim of our generation and to all the true tzaddikim who have passed away and are resting in the earth, and especially to our holy teacher, righteous foundation of the world, ‘Flowing Stream, Source of Wisdom’ Rabbeinu Nachman ben Feigeh, Rabbeinu Nachman ben Simcha, may his merit protect us, Amen.”

Women say this before Shacharis, after the statement “Hareini….’v’ahavta l’reyecha c’mocha…” – “I’m hereby accepting upon myself the mitzvah to ‘Love your neighbor as yourself’“.
