Hilkhos Geviyas Chov MeyhaYisomim 5 is based on 2Likutey Moharan 7.

Blessed is HaShem; every day HaShem lavishes upon us our salvation forever” (Tehillim 68:20).
00 – The mohn was sent daily to strengthen bitachon.
00 – הַדּ֗וֹר אַתֶּם֙ רְא֣וּ דְבַר־יְהֹוָ֔ה – “O generation, you see the word of HaShem…” was said as Yirmiyahu HaNavi displayed the jar of mohn to Am Yisrael (Yirmiyahu 2:31 and Rashi). Mohn Hu is emunah.
30 – Reference to Likutey Halakhos, Yoreh Deah 2, Shiluach HaKen 5:26.
00 – Ayeh and Malei Chol HaAretz BeKevodo – HaShem is Hidden and Revealed
00 – חַֽסְדֵ֤י יְהֹוָה֙ כִּ֣י לֹֽא־תָ֔מְנוּ כִּ֥י לֹֽא־כָל֖וּ רַֽחֲמָֽיו – “The kind deeds of HaShem never cease, His mercies never fail” (Eicha 3:22).
00 – PARAGRAPH 5.
00 – לְךָ֣ יְ֠הֹוָה הַגְּדֻלָּ֨ה וְהַגְּבוּרָ֚ה וְהַתִּפְאֶ֙רֶת֙ וְהַנֵּ֣צַח וְהַה֔וֹד כִּֽי־כֹ֖ל בַּשָּׁמַ֣יִם וּבָאָ֑רֶץ – “Yours, HaShem, are the greatness, and the might, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty, for all that is in the heavens and on the Earth [is Yours]…” (Divrei Hayamim I 29:11). “Ki chol” alludes to Yisod.
00 – Taking an oath in Beis Din brings together the hidden aspect and revealed aspect of HaShem and His Torah.
00 – Ayeh Makom Kevodo. The mitzvah of wearing Tzitzis is an aspect of HaShem’s hidden light. This holds true for all 613 mitzvos – we bring the hidden light of HaShem into the physical world.
00 – Reference to Likutey Moharan 56 – calling HaShem by mentioning His Name: the Torah.
00 – In the possuk “This is My Name forever” – l’olam is not spelled in the usual way to allude to the hidden aspect of HaShem – Ayeh.
30 – PARAGRAPH 6.
*28:00 – כִּ֣י הַמָּ֔וֶת יַפְרִ֖יד – “…for death separates…” (Rus 1:17). The soul originates from Ayeh while the body originates from Maleh Haaretz. Life is the constant joining of soul with body.
***29:30 – The most important way to join HaShem’s aspect of Ayeh with His aspect of Maleh is through connection with the Daas of the Tzaddik Emes – including that which continues in the world even after his passing.
00 – Death is synonymous with lies. (Sanhedrin 97).
00 – When taking a shvuah – oath – the word “life” is usually said.
00 – PARAGRAPH 7. Shvuah – taking an oath – is an aspect of life – the joining of the Hidden and Revealed aspects of HaShem. Debt cannot be collected by the orphans of the lender.
00 – NOTE about Yehoshuah being entrusted as the new leader of Am Yisrael even though he was not Moshe Rabbeinu’s son. Similarly, Rebbe Nachman passed his mantel of leadership to Rav Nosson of Nemirov zal and Rav Nosson passed it to Rav Nachman Tulchiner zal.
00 – Q&R about inheriting wealth from parents who were lacking Daas.
***43:00 – BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE: During his trip to America on a mission to save the tziyun of Rebbe Nachman in 1979, Rabbi Michel Dorfman zal told over the chiddush of the Ben Ish Chai zal on the phrase Im Daas kanisa, mah chisarta? – “If you have acquired wisdom, what do you lack?”. The Ben Ish Chai zal explains that since each letter in the Alef Beis has a milui – an extra, unspoken part (called the “psoles” of the letter) the concept that Moshe Rabbeinu received his wealth from the pesoles of the luchos is revealed in: “Lamed” – take Mem Daled. Vuv – take Yud Vuv. Ches – take Sav. Vuv take Yud Vuv. Tav take Beis . Adding up the pesoles of luchos equals “Daas” 474. Money inherited from people who have no daas is empty and lacks blessing. Reference to Likutey Moharan 60.
00 – The tzaddik eats to satisfy his soul. Blessing enters the world via the tzaddik.
30 – Moshe Rabbeinu is begamtria 613. Every Jew has a portion in the Torah.
