Laws regarding lost articles. Taking an oath reminds a person to search for the Torah he forgot/lost at birth. Lying is a result of forgetting and loss of Torah.

15:49 Before he enters the world, a baby must swear he will be a tzaddik. Then, at birth, a malach causes an infant to forget what he learned previously. His lifetime task is to find what he lost.

18:18 – The moment a newborn enters this world, he forgets everything he learned in Gan Eden.
19:37 – Bava Metzia begins with two people finding a lost garment. Most laws of business concerning moveable items are discussed in Bava Metzia.
