42:00 – The action of spitting in front of the living brother also releases the wife from the obligation of chalitza.
44:00 – The embarrassment caused the living brother serves to bring him to teshuva.
45:30 – וְיָֽרְקָ֖ה בְּפָנָ֑יו וְעָֽנְתָה֙ וְאָ֣מְרָ֔ה כָּ֚כָה יֵֽעָשֶׂ֣ה לָאִ֔ישׁ אֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹֽא־יִבְנֶ֖ה אֶת־בֵּ֥ית אָחִֽיו – “… and she shall spit before his face and answer [him] and say, ‘Thus shall be done to the man who will not build up his brother’s household'” (Devarim 25:9, Ki Seitzei). This refers both to the man obligated in chalitza, as well as to Esav.
