04:00 – Naal – shoe – is begematria 151, which is one of the miluin of HaShem’s Name Ekyeh.
06:00 – הֲרִמֹ֨תִי יָדִ֤י אֶל־יְהֹוָה֙ אֵ֣ל עֶלְי֔וֹן קֹנֵ֖ה שָׁמַ֥יִם וָאָֽרֶץ – “…I lift my hand to HaShem, Lord Above All, Who possesses heaven and earth” (Bereishis 14:22, Lech Lecha). Avraham Avinu would not take even a shoelace that didn’t belong to him. Shoes are tied in the same order as tefillin are – the left first. This is related to Upper Binah and Lower Binah.
10:00 – Shoes draw their spiritual power from the Upper Binah / Neder – vow. Making a neder Reference to Likutey Moharan 22 – the outer seal of holiness and the inner seal of holiness.
12:00 – Shoes/feet represent emunas chokhomim. מַה־יָּפ֧וּ פְעָמַ֛יִךְ בַּנְּעָלִ֖ים בַּת־נָדִ֑יב – “How beautiful are your feet in sandals, O daughter of nobles…” (Shir HaShirim 7:2).

18:00 – The three meals of Shabbos protect Am Yisrael. Meaning of the letters that make up the word Shabbos: Shin BaS.
20:00 – Shir HaShirim – the thighs represent the secrets of Torah that are kept covered.
*22:00 – The Torah is the blueprint of creation. Emunas chokhomim. Tzaddik yisod Olam. All of HaShem’s creations are connected by emunah.
24:00 – Blessing said in the morning: “she’asey li kol zorchi” – Who provides for all my needs. Shoes embody all that a person needs.
26:00 – “A person should sell all they have to buy shoes for his feet.”
