00:00 – PARAGRAPH 4. The holiness of a Jewish meal. It’s forbidden to eat bread before the morning tefilah (prayer).
15:00 – PARAGRAPH 5. בָּ֣אתִי לְגַנִּי֘ אֲחֹתִ֣י כַלָּה֒ – “I have come to my garden, my sister, my bride…” (Shir HaShirim/Song of Songs 5:1). Hashem receives nachas (satisfaction) from the holiness of a Jewish meal, as from every mitzvah performed by a Jew.
