01:40 – PARAGRAPH 1. Yad veShem. Tikkun HaMishpat – justice. Bringing people close to HaShem builds a heichal hakodesh. However, doing this has dangers.
05:13 – זֹאת יְר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם בְּת֥וֹךְ הַגּוֹיִ֖ם שַׂמְתִּ֑יהָ וּסְבִֽיבוֹתֶ֖יהָ אֲרָצֽוֹת – “…This is Jerusalem; in the midst of the nations I have placed it…” (Yechezkel 5:5).
***06:20 – When a person is involved with bringing people close to HaShem he must analyze his actions carefully and judge himself daily through mishpat. This mishpat generates a fire that burns away any influence of the negative traits of the people he’s bringing close.

13:10 – עֹ֥שֶׂה עֹ֖שֶׁר וְלֹ֣א בְמִשְׁפָּ֑ט בַּֽחֲצִ֚י יָמָיו֙ (כתיב יָמָו֙) – “…so it is he who gathers riches but not by right; he shall leave them in the midst of his days…” (Yirmiyah 17:11).
15:00 – Q&R – Cheshbon hanefesh – self-auditing, especially during hisbodedus – protects a person who is bringing people close to HaShem.
17:30 – PARAGRAPH 2. A person involved with business dealings also needs to do cheshbon hanefesh constantly.
*18:45 – Kiruv rechokim and business dealings are similar because both occupations elevate sparks of holiness.
22:40 – A spiritually accomplished person and a wealthy person are like magnets – they both attract souls.

33:10 – 39 Melakhos HaMishkan. וִיהִ֚י נֹ֨עַם | אֲדֹנָ֥י אֱלֹהֵ֗ינוּ עָ֫לֵ֥ינוּ וּמַֽעֲשֵׂ֣ה יָ֖דֵינוּ כּֽוֹנְנָ֣ה עָלֵ֑ינוּ וּמַֽ֘עֲשֵׂ֥ה יָ֜דֵ֗ינוּ כּֽוֹנְנֵֽהוּ – “And may the pleasantness of HaShem our Master be upon us, and the work of our hands establish for us, and the work of our hands establish it (Tehillim 90:17 – Tefilah leMoshe). Why does Moshe Rabbeinu repeat the words “establish the work of our hands”?
36:40 – Q&R How does mishpat counteract anger?
38:00 – It is important to combing Torah with derech eretz. (Avos 2:2).
38:35 – מִשְׁפְּטֵֽי־יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱמֶ֑ת צָֽדְק֥וּ יַחְדָּֽו – “…the judgments of HaShem are true, altogether just” (Tehillim 19:10).
42:35 – PARAGRAPH 3. Parshas Mishpatim. אֵ֨לֶּה֙ הַמִּשְׁפָּטִ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֥ר תָּשִׂ֖ים לִפְנֵיהֶֽם – “And these are the ordinances that you shall set before them” (Shemos 21:1, Mishpatim). Money depends on mishpat. Lack of proper mishpat was an important factor causing to the destruction of the Beis HaMikdash.
***46:00 – The rebuilding of Yerushalayim is accomplished through mishpat, as in צִיּ֖וֹן בְּמִשְׁפָּ֣ט תִּפָּדֶ֑ה וְשָׁבֶ֖יהָ בִּצְדָקָֽה – “Zion shall be redeemed through justice and her penitent through righteousness” (Yeshaya 1:27).
47:00 – ה֖וֹן בֵּית֣וֹ – “…all he owns…” (Mishlei 6:31).
47:45 – PARAGRAPH 4. One of the main causes of poverty is lack of mishpat.
50:00 – Reference to Sefer HaMidos, Mamon A 75: “A poor man is confused like a drunkard”.
51:00 – Sometimes poverty distances a person from HaShem. Complaining against HaShem is an aspect of damaged mishpat.
