Chanukah and the Gift of Eretz Yisrael – Rabbi Zvi Aryeh Benzion b’Reb Yisrael Abba Rosenfeld zal, accomplished, revered, and much-beloved Breslov educator, passed away on the 11th of Kislev, 5739 (1978). He gave this lecture in Kislev 5735 (1974) on the day he returned from a journey to Eretz Yisrael. His words of encouragement about the festival of Chanukah and the Land of Israel are as powerful and as relevant today as they were when he spoke them – perhaps even more so. May his memory be as a blessing.
